About Us

Starting a business has always been a shared dream of ours. Founded by Chloe Olejnik and Gabriella Hicks, we grew up together in small town, Indiana—more like siblings than friends—and have known each other for as long as we can remember. Because of that, it feels almost natural that we would envision building something together. Now, nearly ten years after first speaking that dream out loud in early high school, we have finally made it a reality. When we look back, it becomes clear that the small, intentional steps we took years ago quietly shaped the path that led us here.

In high school, we both found ourselves drawn to a club called Service Learning at Cardinal Ritter High School in Indianapolis—a space that went beyond volunteer hours and taught us the power of community, connection, and showing up for others. The most defining part of that experience, however, came from something we created ourselves: the Backpack Blessing Project. The Backpack Blessing Project was created to address hunger and neglect among children in our local community. We filled backpacks with non-perishable food items for students at local grade schools to take home during school breaks and extended periods without access to school lunches. Through this project, our eyes were opened to the harsh reality of hunger existing right in our own neighborhoods—and once we saw it, we could never look away.

From that point on, neither of us could ignore the truth that every person we encounter is carrying struggles that are often invisible. Walking down a busy street, you may pass a child experiencing neglect or abuse at home. You pass a mother working three jobs just to put food on the table. You pass a man grieving the loss of his best friend while battling deep depression. You pass a girl recovering from a car accident, or a young man who has just lost his job and the stability it once provided.

Everyone is fighting battles unseen to the naked eye. Too often, we create distance between ourselves and the painful realities of life—but those realities are all around us. With this in mind, we created All The Time Collective. This company is the culmination of pivotal moments in our early adult lives—experiences that compelled us to step forward and serve where we saw genuine need. While service has always been deeply rooted in our personal lives, we longed to create something capable of making a broader, more lasting impact beyond our immediate communities.

Today, although Chloe resides in Chicago and Gabriella resides in New Mexico, our hearts remain deeply connected to where this journey began. Our hope is for All The Time Collective to start in the communities that raised us, while growing far beyond—reaching people and causes across the country, and one day, around the world.

All The Time Collective was born from a desire to create a consistent, intentional way to give back, while also becoming an avenue through which others can learn, engage, and make an impact themselves. Through each purchase, our community helps raise awareness and generate meaningful donations for causes of all kinds—creating impact not just once, but consistently, intentionally, and ALL THE TIME.
